About the Design: After designing the Felted Citrus Tea Cozies, I thought a couple of matching kitchen accessories would not only be useful, but add the same cheer as the cozies. The mug mats are sized to fit the largest coffee mug or even a cup and saucer. The pot mat is large enough for a large pot or pan. You can make the mug mats with or without the hanging loop. I used Oasis Aussi Wool, a chunky-bulky wt. soft wool yarn for the mats. It feels nice while knitting, felts wonderfully, is reasonably priced, and comes in a wide range of solid colors.
