About the Design: I have been wanting to rework my Pillbox hat design for a long time, and include girls’ sizes. So when I finally began the samples, I decided to also rework the ladies’ samples in the same lovely yarns, but in more adult colors. The crocheted rose instructions are also included! The ladies’ version is super bulky weight, as was the original pattern, but the girls’ version is offered in 2 weights: bulky and super bulky. The Cascade Yarns Eco+ and Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride Worsted yarns come in a wide array of colors and the texture of the Plymouth Yarn Alpaca Boucle is wonderful. The original Pillbox pattern, sampled in Bartlettyarns’ Fisherman Bulky, is included at the end of the pattern.
